Constructed with a buoyant unicellular polyurethane foam core, it provides a minimum buoyancy of 16.5 lbs, ensuring reliable flotation performance during emergencies. The buoy is encased in an energy-absorbent, puncture-resistant vinyl skin that resists tearing, scuffing, and mildew, and its surface is ideal for custom numbering or painting. To ensure long-lasting use in harsh marine conditions, it includes floating polypropylene grab lines treated with UV stabilizers for sunlight resistance, secured by a molded-in becket design that eliminates the need for separate straps.
