ComPool® CP3800 Transformer Assembly

The Pentair XFM3BK is a specialized transformer assembly designed as a replacement power source for the ComPool CP3800 family of pool and spa automation systems. This heavy-duty module converts high-voltage input (115V/230V) into the low-voltage power required to run the system’s electronic controllers. Unlike basic transformers, the XFM3BK is an integrated assembly that includes three internal circuit breakers, combining critical power transformation and electrical protection into a single, compact unit. This design simplifies control cabinet layouts by minimizing external wiring and ensures that the automation system, including secondary features like water chemistry controllers and spa-side remotes, remains protected from overcurrent.
